MarkingsOn two sides of the cup, printed in blue ink: "YALE" with an image of a bulldog, printed below this: "PURITAN CUPS / MADE IN CONN."

On the rim at the bottom of the cup is printed in blue ink: "5 OZ. PURITAN THE AMERICAN PAPER GOODS CO. MFRS. KENSINGTON, CONN. CHICAGO, ILL."NotesHistorical Note: This was acquired by the donor at a Yale vs. University of Connecticut football game in 1951.
