DescriptionMen are seated at long wooden folding tables in a large room. Game boards, apparently checkerboards, and checkers are on the table. Other men stand behind the players, looking over their shoulders. A sign over a door reads "HILLYER INSTITUTE / EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT". A clock is on the wall at the left. Electric light fixtures hang from the ceiling.
