DescriptionA hunter ascends a rocky slope in the foreground. His dog is ahead of him in a meadow among grass and ferns, apparently pointing at game birds. Large trees and a steep hill are in the background. A city with numerous church spires is in the distance, with Long Island Sound beyond.
