DescriptionTen children and a woman are gathered on a grassy lawn beneath two large trees. At the right, two small boys wearing pantalets, skirts, and jackets push a girl in a swing. No legs are visible beneath her skirts. A hat lies on the ground nearby. Other children, including a young girl holding a bouquet of flowers, look on. A boy and girl sit holding hands at the base of the large tree at the left. The woman is seated at the far left wearing a cloak and holding a small child. Lily pads and waterlily blossoms are in a pond in the left foreground.
