The black crepe dress fabric edging the brown neckline inset is thickly embellished with the bronze beads and faux pearls in a shallow scalloped design. The sleeves are long, straight, and narrow. The bodice is pleated at the center front waistline. The center front of the skirt is gathered into a shallow point three inches below the waistline. The dress closes with a metal zipper set into the proper left side seam. There are two thread belt loops at the waist side seams.
