DescriptionA brick and concrete building has an Ionic portico and a cupola surmounted by a dome. One photograph includes an equestrian statue of Lafayette on a high base An inscription on the frieze of the building reads in part: "HORACE BUSHNELL MEMORIAL". Automobiles are on the streets. Men and women walk on the sidewalks. Trees, including what appears to be an elm tree, are beside and in front of the building.
