The top of the boot has an elastic loop to attach to a black button/grommet that is mounted at the outside of the foot, four inches below and slightly forward of the ankle area. The upper is lined with blue knitted fabric with a fuzzy surface. The platform of the overshoe is shaped to accomodate a heeled shoe. The black rubber sole follows the contour of the bottom of the foot and over the heel.
