BiographyFraunfelter China Company followed the Ohio Pottery which had operated from 1900 to 1923. Charles Fraunfelter became director of the Ohio Pottery in 1915. In 1923, he also purchased the American China Products Company of Chesterton, Indiana (which closed in 1925). Fraunfelter China failed during the depression, reorganized and reopened, then closed for the last time in 1939. Fraunfelter China made hotelwares and blanks for decoration, among other items.
