DescriptionDrawings include plans for property map, basement, first floor, second floor, alternate wood windows and elevations of north side, south side, west side (front) and east side (rear). Also, detail of stairways and alternate design for classroom window. Plans include existing rectory, existing church, new school building, Canterbury Street, Blue Hills Avenue, play space, boiler room, classrooms, nurse, principal, teacher's room, school library, key for building materials (concrete, brickwork, cut stone, cinder block, sheet metal) and key for blueprint pages. Elevations show a six bay, three story building with flat roof and multipaned one over one sash ribbon windows. Also a basic two door entrance with stone crown under multipaned window. Side elevation shows large multipaned sash with hinged swing in flanked by brick panels feature Flemish bond or all headers. Rear elevation shows pipe rail, fans, penthouse stairway and copper cornice. Details of alternate classroom windows (wood box frames of double hung sash) and three floors including stairway, plaster and aluminum trim. Scales for drawings are 1/32" = 1'0" and 1/8" = 1'0".
NotesHistorical Note: As of August 2004, the building is believed to be located on Blue Hills Avenue in Hartford, Connecticut.
