Ella Grasso were at Bradley International Airport to welcome 425 Israelis and say goodbye to 425 Connecticut residents leaving for Tel Aviv, Israel for an eight-day Friendship Flight. The purpose of The Friendship Flights was designed to promote friendship and peace among the United States' and Israel's citizens.
