DescriptionCrocheted beaded purse with a center metal frame dividing the purse into two separate pouches, reminiscent of a miser's purse. The small purse has a central round frame which opens to reveal a metal filagreed plate that separates the two pouches. The clasp is a simple, small lever that is pushed up to open. The beads and frame are very rusty, which has caused discoloration of the crochet thread. It appears to have been a tan color, with darker stripes across the bottom of each pouch. The purse is not lined.
