DescriptionA woman is seated in a chair in the interior of a room. A couch with a floral pattern is against a wall with patterned wallpaper. Several framed pictures hang on the wall. Shelves on the wall hold round, metal items. Two chairs are at either end of the couch. A calender on the wall reads, "C.V. Mason & Co. / Bristol, Conn. " and "1909 January 1909". A striped rug is on the floor, and a doorway is at the left.
NotesSubject Note: Elmira Curtis (1832-1909) and Caroline Curtis (1826-1892) were the aunts of Nancy Curtis, the donor's grandmother.
