DescriptionDrawing or template in graphite pencil on paper for a 3 cent postage stamp related to the Connecticut Tercentenary, 1935. The stamp features an illustration of the Charter Oak in the center surrounded by the text, "CONNECTICUT TERCENTENARY THE CHARTER OAK." A banner in the upper left corner reads, "1635," and a banner in the right corner reads, "1935." The lower portion of the stamp reads, "3 CENTS 3."
