DescriptionHalf dollar coin with an eagle on the front, and the words "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" above and "HALF DOLLAR" below. Stamped to the left of the eagle is "E PLURIBUS UNUM". The back of the coin has the image of a large oak tree. Above the tree is printed "IN GOD WE TRUST [more words illegible in the photo in the file.]" Printed to the left of the tree is "THE CHARTER OAK". Printed below the tree is "CONNECTICUT/ 1635-1935".
