DescriptionMaid's uniform apron of sheer white cotton. The apron has a rounded bottom and a self-fabric ruffle around the edges. The bib measures five inches high and seven inches wide; it is pointed at the center top and edged with a narrow self-fabric ruffle. A "V" effect is created by the ruffle laid on the bib front; the ruffle continues along the edges of the shoulder straps, which extend from the sides of the bib. The apron skirt is slightly gathered into the 3/4-inch-wide waistband. The self-fabric waist ties, which end with a double row of self-fabric ruffles, are pleated into the ends of the waistband.
