DescriptionInfant's petticoat of cream-colored wool flannel, gathered into a six-inch-wide white cotton waistband. The bottom of the skirt is embroidered with cream-colored silk in a wheat ear and leaf pattern; the edge is scalloped and finished with buttonhole stitching. The center back is open for 16 3/4 inches.
