DescriptionA two-wheeled cart or wagon drawn by two oxen is beside a stone wall. Two men with pitchforks transfer hay between the wagon and a large pile behind the wall. It is unclear whether they are loading or unloading the wagon. A barn and shed are to the right. The dirt road at the left is lined with trees. Wildflowers, including Queen Anne's Lace, grow in the tall grass in the foreground.
