DescriptionView looking east over the Bulkeley Bridge during the final stages of construction. Trolley tracks are being laid across the bridge. Several men, all wear hats, some with shovels or pickaxes, pose near the tracks. In the background are additional men and a trolley car. Sand has been used as fill before laying the final surface. Barrels and other construction material are visible. Utility poles and wires are on the bridge and to the left of the bridge running across the river. Inscribed on back: "Trolley track over Conn.
