DescriptionTeacher wearing a suit stands beside a table on which tools and automobile parts are arranged. A class of men, including young, middle-aged and elderly men, sits in the background. Some have beards or mustaches. An automobile chassis is at the right and a tire is at the left. The room is paneled and its decoration includes classical moldings and pilasters. A bas-relief depicting young men cooking over a campfire is on the left behind a potted plant. Three framed prints are on the wall at the right. Light fixtures include a chandelier with electric light bulbs and bulbs hanging from exposed wires.
