DescriptionWoman's petticoat of white muslin, with a train and drawstring waist. The petticoat has a 17 1/2-inch flounce with machine-made lace insertion alternating with self-fabric and edged with lace. Underneath the flounce, the petticoat has a self-fabric ruffle.
