DescriptionSoutheast view of Seymour Paper Mill. Large multi-building industrial complex of primarily brick multistoried structures including two cupolas on separate buildings and several smokestacks; the tallest to the left of the large cupola. The Connecticut River is in the background and the Enfield Canal in front of the mill. A railroad track of the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad parallels the opposite side of the canal with telegraph poles/wires following it, boxcars and gondola freight cars. A street with multistoried commercial buildings is on the right of the photo - and includes people with horse drawn vehicles and on sidewalks. A large building, possibly a depot has a covered porch with many barrels. Inscription on back: "Seymours Paper Mill; don't want"; "Windsor Locks"
