DescriptionView of Danbury from the Norwalk Road. Inscriptions identify the "Baptist [Church," located on Deer Hill, the "Episcopal [Church," the large Church in the center, and the "Universalist [Church," "Court House" and "Congregational [Church" at the right. The small hill at the right is Town Hill. In the foreground are "meadows" separated by "fences" and "Virginia fences."
