DescriptionPieced quilt in a Feathered Star variation pattern. The quilt consists of a pieced top of plain-woven cotton, batting, and a white plain-woven cotton backing; the three layers are joined with a hand-stitched quilting pattern. The colored cotton fabric that forms the pattern is printed with pink and light brown flowers on a field of dark brown. Each block consists of an eight-pointed star with jagged edges. The feathered star blocks are separated by white blocks each with a quilted floral pattern. The quilt has twill-woven tape binding at each edge.
Condition: The quilt has scattered brown spots on the top and backing. There are scattered holes in the backing.
