DescriptionA small sailboat and two rowboats are pulled up on a sandy beach, probably on an island. A man walks towards a small wooden building, possibly a house, in the right background. Additional small buildings appear to be sheds. Barrels and boards are piled on the shore. There appear to be lobster traps in the right background. The sail of a second sailboat is visible beyond the house.
