Description[Veneer scraper; plane-like device with mahogany handle and brass surface, remainder is steel. Blade is secured in a set of broad jaws that is operated by a knurled brass bolt, angle of blade is adjustable with two knurled brass nuts on a long bolt which moves the entire jaw assembly.]
Label TextThe Stanley company, of New Britain, manufactured many specialized tools, including this early twentieth century scraper for use in veneer work.
