Elizabeth Scoville1789 - 1857
Elizabeth "Betsey" Scoville was born on September 23, 1789 in Salisbury, Connecticut, a daughter of Jonathan and Sarah (Church) Scoville. In 1819, at the age of 30, she married Reverend George Albion Calhoun. They had two sons: George Whitefield Calhoun, 1822-1891, and David Samuel Calhoun, 1827-1912. Betsey died on April 14, 1857 in Coventry.
