Thomas J. Meskill Jr.

Thomas Joseph Meskill Jr. (1928-2007) was the 82nd governor of Connecticut (1971-1975). He served as Mayor of New Britain, Connecticut from 1962-1964, was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Connecticut's 6th district (1967-1971), Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (1975-1993), Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (1992-1993), and Senior Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (1993-2007).
