Nora Howard

Elinor (Nora) Howard is the Town Historian of Avon, Connecticut, as well as the historian of the Avon Congregational Church. Nora was interviewed about her experience with moments of change in her life for the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History’s Community History Project.
