Thomas Pougher Russell

BiographyThomas Pougher Russell was born on 3 February 1775, the son of William Russell (1740-1818) and his wife Martha Twamley (1741-1790). He married Mary Skey on 8 May 1817, and they had at least three children: Mary Charlotte; Frances Elizabeth; and William James (1830-1909). He died on 8 February 1851.
