BiographyCynthia Paulina Waldo was born 25 October 1836 in Tolland, Connecticut. She was the daughter of Loren Pinckney and Frances Elizabeth (Eldridge) Waldo. She was married in 1866 to Edwin Eliphalet Marvin, son of Ira Kilbourn and Julia Young Marvin. Her husband was an officer in the Civil War and later a U.S. Commissioner. Cynthia Paulina and her husband were living in Hartford, Connecticut in 1900, and she died in 1908.
