Carl Candels

Charles A. "Carl" Candels was born in Avon, Connecticut. He is the son of Anthony and Martha (Schneider) Candels. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He owned a public relations firm in Hartford and Avon for over 40 years.
