Stephen B. Middlebrook

Stephen B. Middlebrook was a lawyer known for his work in corporate and insurance law. He served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Aetna Life & Casualty. He was a notable figure in the legal community and was one of the founders of the American Corporate Counsel Association. He also served on the American Bar Association's Action Commission to Improve the Tort Liability System.
