Fannie Moulton (Phipps) Clark was born on 25 December 1852 in Paxton, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of William Phipps (d. 1876) and Mary Clark Partridge (1810-1901).
She married Halsey Steel Clark (1855-1941). They had at least one child, Clifford Phipps Clark (1883-1969). The family lived in Prospect, Connecticut.
