Luis Cotto

Luis Cotto and his sister Leticia, ran La Paloma Sabanera in Hartford's Frog Hollow neighborhood. It was a coffee house, bookstore, and center for Latino arts and film. They hosted the Chilean programs for the 2006 Institute for Community Research traveling exhibition, "Weavings of War: Fabrics of Memory."
