Earl G. Ranney

Earl J. Ranney was born in Massachusetts in 1850. He was active as a photographer, primarily in Providence, Rhode Island, but a carte-de-visite in the Connecticut Historical Society probably dating from the 1870s gives his address as Willimantic, Connecticut.
