M. H. Sloper

Mills H. Sloper was active as a photographer in West Meriden, Connecticut in the early 1860s. He is listed as a photographer in the 1862 federal tax assessment, but appears in the 1870 census listed as a salesman. He died and is buried in Berlin, Connecticut.
