In the 1940s, the space was converted to roller rink starting with Delvy's Skating Rink, which opened until 1949. The place then became Ernie's Skating Arena from 1949 to 1954. From 1954 to 1967, the building was known as Lordship Skating Rink. The building changed ownership in 1967 who then called the rink Long Beach Skate Land. Due to damage caused by Hurricane Irene in 2011, the rink had to close its doors.
