Dress has a navy blue background, white flowers, and green leaves and stigmas. Collar and sleeve cuffs are ruffled. Three-quarter sleeves. Side zipper on wearer's left from hip up to 2.5 inches from underarm. Pleats on dress front center from waist-down. Seam along the waist. Shoulder pads.
Jacket is navy blue with long sleeves. Sleeve cuffs have a 1.5 inch folded hem. The jacket is about calf-length. Pleats on lapel. Inside of jacket has a panel on each side with the same fabric as the dress, which covers from the shoulders to the hem. Hem at the waist. Shoulder pads.
