DescriptionVarious shaped bottles originally stored in an apothecary chest owned by Dr. Cyrus Pendleton of Hebron, Conn. Hand-blown glass.

(.60) Bottle filled with a light blue powder; cork; previously had a brown label, but most of it is missing, so text is illegible

(.61) Bottle filled with brown sand; cork almost flush with opening; embossed on top rim of bottle: "NAONT'S/ CENTAUR [illegible]/ [illegible]"' embossed on bottom of bottle: "J. B. R. & CO./ NEW YORK"

(.62) Rectangular-shaped bottle with no contents or identification; has a brown sticker adhered to front of bottle, but is discolored and torn; blue-green tint

(.63) Oval-shaped bottle; embossed on front of bottle: "DYER'S/ HEALING/ EMBROCATION/ PROV. R.I."; blue-green tint
