DescriptionMan's dressing gown of cotton printed in a paisley design in primarily red and orange, lined with wool/cotton fabric woven with narrow tan stripes on a blue background. The dressing gown has a wide shawl collar of the blue and tan striped lining fabric. It opens for the length of the center front, with no apparent means of closure. The two-piece sleeves are cut in the coat style, with wide cuffs turned back to show the blue and tan striped fabric; they are slightly gathered into the shoulder. The shoulder seams are dropped in back; there is a center back seam and curved side back seams. The dressing gown is interlined with cotton batting.
