DescriptionYoung trees, including cedar trees, line four-lane highway paved with what appears to be concrete. Some trees are supported by guy-wires and appear to have been recently planted. In some view, landscaping is not yet complete and the center median strip is still dirt and gravel. Some photographs include bridges and utility wires.
