DescriptionMan's yachting outfit of natural-colored cotton duck (lightweight twill-woven canvas), consisting of a blouse (.a) and pants (.b). The blouse (.a) has a sailor collar and V-neckline, at the base of which is stitched a twill tape for holding the tie (no longer with the outfit). There is a pointed patch pocket over the proper left breast. The long, straight sleeves taper to the wrist. Side and armscye seams are flat-felled.

The pants (.b) have a fly that fastens with four bone buttons. A tape extends from the button stand and fastens to a button on the opposite side of the front. The pant legs are stitched smoothly into the two-inch-wide waistband, which fastens with two hidden buttons. The waist of the pants adjusts with a lacing at the center back. There is a pocket on each side in front. Two eyelets are worked on each side, just below the waistband.
