The bodice seams are piped, as are the inside sleeve and wrist opening seams. The waistline is slightly high, measuring five inches under the arm. The skirt is full; it is knife-pleated into the bodice. The dress opens at center back and fastens with brass hooks and eyes. The hem is lined for nine inches with self-fabric.
