DescriptionMonument in the form of a column on a rectangular base surmounted by a bronze statue of a woman holding a trumpet, probably an allegorical figure of Fame. A bronze plaque with a rampant colt is on the base. There are zigzag decorations on the base of the column. Trees are in the background of some slides.
