DescriptionBlown dark olive green glass bottle with an irregular iridescent finish on the exterior. The bottle has an applied string ring below the flared rim, an inverted conical neck, a rounded shoulder, a nearly cylindrical body, and a wide and deep kick and a smooth pontil mark on the bottom. The former contents dried, coated the sides, and now rest inside the bottle as large flakes.

Kick: An indentation in the bottom of a drinking glass, bottle, or other glass object.
Pontil mark: A rough place on a blown glass object where the solid metal rod, or pontil, is cracked off the object after final shaping and decoration. Pontil marks can be polished to achieve a smooth surface.
