DescriptionSquare, white, earthenware ashtray with a large circular well in the center and three graduated depressions in the surface at each corner. In the central well of the ashtray is a diamond-shaped emblem. The top third of the diamond is printed in red enamel, with the word "JUNIOR" formed from absent enamel revealing the ceramic below. The bottom two thirds of the diamond is printed in black enamel, with the word "ACHIEVEMENT" formed from absent enamel revealing the ceramic below. Below the diamond, the word "ADVISER" is printed in black enamel.

An unknown substance, perhaps a dirty, sticky residue from a sticker, is adhered to the surface of the ashtray to the right of the diamond. A similar substance is located at the bottom edge of the ashtray.
