DescriptionBlueprints include plans for foundation, basement, first floor, attic and roof, first floor framing, basement heating, first floor heating and elevations for front (north), rear (south), revised rear, side (west) and side (east). Also, sections of sewer lines, garage, coal bunker, garage trusses, waiting rooms and general office. Plans include topography, stock storage, blacksmith shop, repair shop, carpenter shop, garage, boiler room, engineer room, stable, stock storage, monitor, manager's office, drafting and cost accounting, meter's and pipe fittings, blueprint room, hay loft, attic storage, tar felt and slag roof, attic storage and property line. Elevations show a one story, 15 bay building with skylight. The building features ten paired windows with round arch transom and an entrance with Doric columns and pediment. The columns divide windows, with roundels in center bay. The skylight has a hipped roof, while the building has flanking chimneys. Scale for drawings is 1/8" = 1'0", 1/4" = 1'0" and 3/4" = 1'0".
