DescriptionRound, white, porcelain dinner plate with gilded decoration. A thin line of gilding is applied in a circle where the rim dips down to form the bottom surface of the dinner plate. A more elaborate gilded decoration is found at the edge of the rim, where a band of gilding with a textured surface is surrounded by two lines of gilding with a shiny surface. A line of shiny gilding in the greek key pattern is applied over the textured surface. The decoration at the rim is about a quarter of an inch wide.
