DescriptionWoman's brown and dark green ice hockey skate with a white interior. An off-white plastic blade mount is screwed to the bottom of the skate, and the blade is screwed into the bottom of the mount. A tear in the fabric of the skate reveals off-white hard plastic at the toe.
Object number2004.34.4
MarkingsPrinted on the heel is "CCM". Below and to the right of those letters is printed, "CUSTOM". Below that, a cut-out in the letter forms the letter "T".
Printed on the interior of the skate at the heel is, "[CUS]TOM-FIT". Stamped on the interior right of the skate is CB 7".

On the back side of the plastic blade mount, the letters "CCM" are printed vertically. On the opposite side of the blade mount, lettering runs from front to back. Scratches and gouges to the plastic make most of the lettering illegible, but it reads, in part, "10...60"..."Rd 1979...C.C.M."..."E...g. 1979 pa...C.C.M."
