Caption: FIRST ATOMIC KILLER SUB'S KEEL GOES DOWN---The keel plate for the first nuclear powered killer (anti-submarine) submarine, the Tullibee, is put into place today (May 26) in the North Yard at General Dynamics Corporation's Electric Boat Division in Groton, Conn. The Tullibee is a small sub especially designed to hunt out and destroy enemy submarines.
